Executive Director - Barry Bailey has worked in every aspect of management, including providing direct client services in multiple industries which include, program develop, marketing and sales, financial management, HR, staff development and training, as well as community outreach for over 30 years. His primary focus over the last five years has been to respond to the changing business environment as it relates to maintaining viability in the Public Sector for both For-profit and Non-profit organizations and in the Behavioral Health service delivery systems. His primary area of expertise is utilizing human and financial resources efficiently and effectively with the ultimate goal of reaching revenue benchmarks.

Director of Finance - Thomas (Tony) Bailey is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with over 22 years of Resources Management experience, including Financial Resource Management; payroll & benefits, financial budgeting and budget planning, Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT) regarding 401k and 403b retirement plans, HRIS software implementation and management, accounts payable and accounts receivable analytics, and State Unemployment Tax Act (SUTA) Registration, Human Resources Management; Employment Law, Policies and Procedures development and implementation, talent acquisition and new hire onboarding, with a primary focus on assisting small to medium size organizations set up Human Resource best practices processes. As a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, Tony brings a highly disciplined, results-driven approach to every project. Tony is also deeply committed to community service. He serves as a Chaplain and Board Member for a non-profit, where his focus is on supporting students in grades K-8 in all aspects of academic development. Tony also volunteers as a tutor and mentor and officiates high school basketball and volleyball. His commitment to helping others is part of his DNA.

Director of Operation - Linda Bailey is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in Healthcare Administration and all aspects of Operations Management. Linda has a proven track record and excels in driving operational leadership, risk management and compliance initiatives, and enhancing healthcare employee and physician engagement. Linda has demonstrated experience and success in diverse settings, including private practices, hospital-based systems, rural healthcare systems, faith-based organizations, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). With a strong background in all aspects of high-level practice management and development, including medical billing management and revenue stream analysis, Linda spearheaded the successful opening of multiple primary care practices, demonstrating her global knowledge and improving healthcare access and efficiency. Her expertise in policy and procedure development, marketing communications, and operational excellence, along with her certifications as a Medical College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE) professional and in Lean methodology qualify her as an industry expert. When Linda is not working to help organizations to be more efficient, she enjoys reading, cooking, and walking.

Marketing Manager - Sandra Bailey has had over 20 years of direct customer services and management experience in the Beauty industry, as well as high level sales, marketing, and management of several high-end Cosmetic Dentistry Practices. She is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in hospitality and exceptional customer service in Healthcare and Cosmetic Industry. She has a proven record of exceeding customer expectations and driving profitability. Skilled in leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing daily operations. Adept at leveraging industry trends and technology to maximize customer satisfaction. Her management training includes a Certificate in Management from Drexel University, Pennsylvania, Certificate in Management from MGE Management Experts, Florida.
